Abstract
It has been widely observed in recent times that a number of unqualified judges took over in the judicial field and there is no body specialized in professional training and training for the judge, especially since there are several methods that contribute to this, in the forefront of which is good professional preparation through judicial institutes, training courses, seminars and scientific conferences And the process and making available all means of knowledge and modern information technology through:
- Providing modern information technology means: by establishing an integrated electronic information network linking all courts, and establishing a website on the information network in which all judgments issued by the Court of Cassation, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court are published, as well as the provision of books, folders, encyclopedias and references. The professional training of the judge needs all of these the means to develop its legal horizons, so there must be a specific mechanism for collecting judgments and opinions issued by the higher courts, to facilitate the judges' access to the legislation and judicial and jurisprudential opinions they need easily, and to facilitate all specialized legal journals and references......
- Providing guarantees of specialization and competence in the judiciary, which is a basic pillar of experience and knowledge, because most judicial systems require that the person in charge of the judiciary be qualified legal and scientific qualifications.
