The journal seeks to achieve its objectives referred to in Article 2 of its statute, and is concerned with the following topics:

1. Legal and regulatory projects approved by the Arab Center for Legal and Judicial Research.

2. Introducing the Center's legal and judicial publications.

3. Research, studies and comparative articles of a comprehensive nature in the fields of law and the judiciary.

4. Introducing new legal and judicial texts in Arab judicial institutes and Arab universities.

5. Publishing international studies and research in partnership with international periodicals.

6. Arab legal and judicial thought and its comparison with the foreign one.

7. Publishing commentary on judicial rulings of Arab and foreign courts in accordance with the publishing regulations approved by the Arab Center.
