We try in our research entitled (Legal description for human genes changing techniques and the legislative position on it) explain this modern technology which is considered one of the applications of genetic engineering, It depends on modifying human genes which is responsible for his characteristics , the functions of his body’s organs, and the extent of his susceptibility to certain diseases, This is done by disabling or replacing a specific gene and introducing another copy of the gene through some genetic vectors used, We will also explain the purpose of using these techniques and the extent of their legitimacy, We will also discuss the most important theories that investigated this, And the legal basis for it in the absence of legislation regulating how to deal with it, And the position of various legislations on this basis.
