Abstract
The crime of genocide is considered one of the most serious crimes, as this seriousness lies in the fact that it was built on a racist basis, as it constitutes a real challenge for the international community to combat and eliminate it and to oblige countries to respect international law and international conventions.
This crime represents the total or partial annihilation of human groups, as the Jews in Palestine committed all types of genocide, which include physical genocide such as murder, biological and cultural genocide, and moral genocide.
