Abstract

Intervention by Egypt in the lawsuit brought by South Africa Against Israel before The International Court of Justice has Led to raising many questions revolving around how efficient this intervention is on the Legal and political Level. This is for reaching the Cessation of Israeli aggression on Gaza strip that endangers the life of millions of Palestinians through genocide and starvation as well as their enforced deportation into Egyptian Sinai in a way that threatens the Egyptian national security and ends the Palestinian Cause. The researcher has addressed the study of this topic through two Sections.


Section One: Satisfaction of The Legal Form of The Lawsuit and Its Relation to Its Efficiency through two subsections. The first handles The Condition of Interest as One of The Formal Conditions for Filing the Lawsuit and the second shows The Effect of Applying the Condition of Interest before The International Court of Justice. As regards, Section Two entitled "Legal and Political Weight of Egyptian Intervention in The Lawsuit through two subsections, Subsection One addresses the legality and objectivity of Egyptian intervention in the Lawsuit. Subsection Two handles Efficiency of Egypt's Intervention in The Lawsuit between Law and Politics.
