The Legitimacy of the Evidentiary Documents for Israel's Sovereignty over Jerusalem in Public International Law

Abstract

These are the grounds mentioned in the Declaration of Independence of the State of Israel of 15 May 1948 in the Balfour Declaration, the Mandate Instrument and the Partition Recommendation of the United Nations General Assembly Resolution No. (181) of 1947, on which Israel relies in extending its control over Al-Quds Al-Sharif, and will be examined on each basis in an independent examination in accordance with the rules and provisions of general international law under the League of Arab States, the Charter of the United Nations and resolutions of the General Assembly and the Security Council.
