The Role of Legal Stability in Attracting Foreign Investment

Abstract

Foreign investment benefits both parties, host country and the investor. And in order to protect this benefit, it is important to achieve justice that guarantees the rights of both parties. The legal rule is the means to achieve this justice. Therefore, it is necessary to attain benefit from parties through legal stability in the state. The present study discusses three axes represented in laws that attract foreign investment, laws that support and encourage foreign investment and laws that help sustainability of foreign investment.
