However, the complexity of the scope name's work, consistent with what the Internet offers, has made it appear in different respects; We see him doing a job similar to a brand or a business address. to share the right granted by the domain name with the right of ownership in certain characteristics, Different from them in other characteristics, as well as the ambiguity of its material and literary components, This study discussed the legal nature of the domain names in accordance with Jordanian and Qatari legislation. It has reached many conclusions and recommendations, perhaps the most important of which is to regulate the provisions of the websites, including domain names in accordance with the relevant legal legislation, taking into account the privacy of the work of the domain name.
