Abstract

Jerusalem's First Kibtan and Third Al-Haramain, Messenger of Allah prayed to him, It is the land in which God blessed, and the bride of the Godfather, the beating heart of Palestine, was exposed to conspiracies such as the rest of occupied Palestine, and even its luck with conspiracies was greater and greater, in this research entitled The legitimacy of the grounds for Israel's sovereignty over Jerusalem in public international law. These are the grounds mentioned in the Declaration of Independence of the State of Israel of 15 May 1948 in the Balfour Declaration, the Mandate Instrument and the Partition Recommendation of the United Nations General Assembly Resolution No. (181) of 1947, on which Israel relies in extending its control over Al-Quds Al-Sharif, and will be examined on each basis in an independent examination in accordance with the rules and provisions of general international law under the League of Arab States, the Charter of the United Nations and resolutions of the General Assembly and the Security Council. Let us see how legitimate it is or whether it is consistent with or contrary to international law.
