Abstract

Abdul Razaq bin Ahmed, alias Senhori, was born in Alexandria City, Egypt, on the 11th of August 1895, For a father who was working as an employee with a simple job grade in the municipal council of the aforementioned city, and fate wants this father to leave the world and leave his child before he completes 5 years old and 6 siblings. Although the tough situations that this family faced, Abd AlRazek revised Al Quraan Alkarim when he was very young, he then entered primary school, Ratib Pasha School in Alexandria, and then continued his high school at Abbasiyah School, graduating with superiority as his second ranking on all secondary school students throughout Egypt.


After obtaining a high school diploma, he left Alexandria to Cairo to study law and legal sciences at the Law School, which was transformed in 1925 into the Faculty of Law - Fouad I University, which was renamed Cairo University after the 1952 revolution. After completing the first year of studying law in Cairo, he was able to Obtaining a job in the Accounts Control Department at the Egyptian Ministry of Finance, which forced him to change his study system from a regular student to an affiliate student. At that time, all the law school curricula were taught in English.
