Abstract

The rumor is not considered a modern phenomenon in our contemporary world, but it has been associated with the development of societies in their values ​​and symbols, to the extent that there are those who believe that its danger may sometimes outweigh the tools of force that are used in political conflicts between countries, and some countries even use it as a deadly weapon that has a great effect. In the moral or psychological wars that precede the movement of the military machine, and its danger does not stop at this limit only, but rather it has enormous economic and societal repercussions, especially in light of the information and technology revolution.
