Abstract

هيئة الرقابة الإدارية من الأجهزة الرقابية في جمهورية مصر العربية وتعمل على منع ومكافحة الفساد وذلك طبقاً لما نص عليه الدستور المصري والقانون رقم 54 لسنة 1964 بشأن إعادة تنظيم الرقابة الإدارية، وعليه فإن من صلب اختصاص الهيئة كشف وضبط الجرائم الجنائية والتي من بينها جرائم العدوان على الأموال العامة والمملوكة للدولة والجهات التابعة لها.
